Do I have to share my story during the workshop?
No, you don’t have to share your story if you’re not ready. This workshop is designed to help you craft your story for you first, so you can feel confident in sharing it whenever you choose. If you do feel inspired to share during the class, there will be space for it, but it’s completely optional. This is about creating a safe and supportive environment that meets you where you are.
